Description
VINIFICATION
Grenache (55%) and Mataro (45%) were harvested on 4 April 2023, then crushed, clarified and co-fermented to dryness. 15% of the blend was fermented and matured in a seasoned French oak puncheon for a period of 3 months prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES
This wine opens with delicate notes of pink grapefruit, raspberry and citrus blossom twisted around a beautiful core of soft pomegranate and sour cherry. Hints of rhubarb and hibiscus meander along the length of this wine, underpinned by pretty seam of wild red currants. Crisp acidity ensures focus, structure, and length making it perfect with food or without.
